Return Policy

Our focus is to satisfy our customers. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

Exchange 

In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we will exchange the product. All you need to do is send us an email within 3 days of delivery. at info@oceglow.com

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the seal intact and the product in it’s original packaging, in an undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs as per location associated with returning the item for exchange. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.

Return Policy 

We except the return within 5 days of receiving the order. The product should be in in it’s original packaging with the seal and in saleable condition. For the same contact us via email at info@oceglow.com 

Refund 

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their product and request a refund from us. 

Refunds will be issued to the original source account provided at the time of purchase. After the refund has been initiated, as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within 15-17 days Business Days.
